TheLoadAI

AI that carries the load.

I build agent crews for people who run a business alone. Invoices, leads, reports, scheduling. Systems I build, deploy, and watch. You stay the only human in the loop.

The crew

You run the business. The crew runs the load.

You're wearing every hat. An agent crew is a staff of AI workers, each with one job, wired into the tools you already use. This is what a day-one crew takes off your plate:

Intake

Every lead, answered

Replies in minutes, asks the right questions, books straight to your calendar. Nights and weekends included.

Collections

Invoices, chased

Reminders on schedule, polite escalation, and a flag when a human call is actually needed.

Reporting

Numbers, written up

Your week's numbers pulled, summarized in your voice, in your inbox before coffee.

You

The only human

You approve what matters and do the work you started this for. That's the whole job description.

// a crew is not a chatbot. It's built, run, and maintained by me, daily. Your data stays in your accounts. When something breaks, you have an operator, not a support ticket.

01The load is the admin. The work is what you actually do. 02Workflows before agents. Boring automation beats fancy AI nine times out of ten. 03No SOP, no automation. AI without a process is expensive guessing. 04Remove work before you add tools.

The proof

I don't hand-write code. I direct AI that does.

14 years as a C-17 loadmaster. 3,000 flight hours, all 7 continents. No CS degree. My entire operation runs on a four-agent crew I direct every day. The same crew I'd build for you.

$0AI revenue

7 products built. 1 live app. A working agent crew. $0 earned from AI so far. Not because the builds are bad. Because I spent 1,500 hours building and zero hours selling. I'm fixing that in public. No blurred screenshots, no borrowed case studies. When the first dollar lands, you'll see it here.

Checked. Logged. Verified.

I spent 14 years calculating weight and balance on a C-17. Once I got it wrong by 5,000 pounds of fuel. Christchurch, New Zealand. No defueling capability at the airport. So we sat on the tarmac with engines at full throttle, burning it off before we could legally fly.

You don't get trust back by explaining. You get it back by being right the next hundred times in a row.

That's how I build automation. Checked, logged, verified. Because I know what an unchecked assumption costs.

After the Air Force I helped bootstrap a Bitcoin mining operation. One of five people wiring rigs by hand next to a hydroelectric plant. Now I run FoxhoundLab from Paraguay.
